• Qurbani is done as per shariah laws and meat is provided with strict quality controls.
  • No requests for Special Cuts would be accommodated.
  • The Head and Skin of the animal will be donated to charity. Head will not be given to customers.
  • Al-Kausar Online reserves the right to cancel any order subject to availability, confirmations, and/or any other reason deemed fit by the company. In case of prepayment, the customer will be fully compensated in this scenario.
  • Customers can cancel his/her order up until three days before Eid. Al-Kausar Online does not offer a return/refund policy.
  • Modes of payment are Bank Transfer and Advance Cash Collection.
  • Customers who choose self-pickup are required to bring a photocopy of their CNIC, and a print of the confirmation email at the time of pickup.
  • Delivery Service and Self Pickup are on a first come first serve basis and are dependent on stock availability. In case a customer faces issues in delivery and in self-pickup, the Al-Kausar team will get in touch directly to facilitate the customer as would be the need.
